According to a recent article in the LA Times Business Section, private equity firms are awash with cash for the purchase of companies that either generate substantial cash flow or can be broken up and sold piecemeal for more then the purchase price of the whole. Their cash, in the tens of billions of dollars, comes from institutional investors hungry for returns higher than they can get with simple investments in stocks and bonds.
For you, this is a sign that the deals are out there. And, while you may not be able to compete with the “big boys” in their multi-billion dollar buyouts, there is plenty of silver and gold to be made by niche players operating under the radar buying smaller non-public companies using Bizar Financing.
