A question I have often been asked is why do I do this? I have reflected often on this question and here is the answer that resonates in my soul.

When I was 23 years of age, two of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world were John Paul Getty and Howard Hughes. I wrote each of them a letter asking if I could serve as their apprentice. I gave them a brief description of two businesses I had already started and sold. I offered to work without compensation for a year and even pay my own expenses. Neither one answered my letter.

Well that’s to be expected you might think. But, I was actually hopeful that one of them would respond, because I knew that I could be of value to them. And, if I got a yes, my life would be changed forever.

It was not to be. But in my disappointment, I resolved that if I ever achieved a meaningful level of business success, I would find a way to share my know-how with aspiring entrepreneurs on their way up. In 1980 Bizar Financing was born.

Since then, I have made a difference in the lives of more than 300,000 up and coming entrepreneurs nationwide and in 7 foreign countries. Since entrepreneurs are the leading source of job creation and the development of new products and services, through them I know I have touched the lives of millions more.

Over the years, I have made more money in other businesses. However, Bizar Financing remains the most emotionally gratifying business I have ever been in.
